Namaste Yoga Home Studio was established in April 2016.
It's a home studio and can host a maximum of 12 mats. Yoga classes are based on and inspired by the YogaWorks system. You can also practice AcroYoga, Yin Yoga, NEW: FeetUp trainer Yoga and Sup Yoga from May to October. The YogaWorks system was born around the three related styles, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Viniyoga. The teaching method developed by the combination of these three traditional systems of yoga.
